KOG QM inspectors – Mill Scorecard Grading System
QM inspectors grades the mills according to A, B, C.
QM inspectors are assigned to visit the mills to conduct predelivery inspection of the PKS quality to ensure it meets our quality parameters.
QM have a scorecard rating checklist to grade the mills according to;

Well-trained and experienced truck drivers are capable to
identify quality of PKS during the collection at the mills.
Required to notify QM on the cargo conditions immediately,
photos of the PKS will be sent for approval.
Authorized to reject the cargo if quality does not meet our
requirements.
Kyoto Oils & Grains engages reputable independent surveyors (SGS, ITS, Intertek & etc) to conduct Independent Quality + Quantity surveys, all reports are submitted independently to the buyer for reference.
Qualified surveyors will be presence in the stockyard to do pre-shipment analysis, quantity surveying, and final shipment reports.
Conduct hatch & hold inspections to verifies that the ship’s hold is ready to receive your cargo. Our hold inspections consider a number of factors that may affect the quality of your cargo. Our capable and experienced inspectors:
Improper ship’s hatch cover seals and securing arrangements account for a high percentage of cargo defects and rejections. Hatch inspections provide evidence that the condition of the hatch covers does not pose a threat to the cargo.
